1- How can I check my booking is done or not?
Go to Profile >> My Bookings >> UPCOMING You can find your recent booking in pending, confirmed, and cancelled section.
2- How can I check my booking is accepted or not?
Go to Profile. Hit the My Bookings tab.
Check the confirmed section if booking is accepted.
Check the cancelled section if booking is not accepted.
Click on the my booking to want to check the current status of. You'll see the status Accepted if the booking has been accepted or Pending if not accepted yet.

3- How long does it take to Accept/Confirm the booking?
Usually, it takes 5-10 minutes to accept the same day bookings if made during the working
hours. But sometimes if the bookings are made during mid-night hours, our salon & parlour partners are
intended to accept it within the moment if they are available or they accept it sometimes early in the morning.
Apart from that, you always get a window which mentions the average time of booking acceptance at that particular salon & parlour once you make a booking.

4- Do I receive notification of booking acceptance?
Yes, we at Ziavii always try to make your life convenient. We do send push notifications on booking acceptance.

5- Report An Error
Report any error you face on feedback(at)Ziavii.com with the screenshot. We make sure that it.Is fixed within minimum time.

6- Technical Errors in Mobile App
Our sole aim is to give you a smooth and errorless experience in terms of using our platforms whether it is our mobile applications or web applications.
If you ever face technical errors in the mobile app, please follow the guidelines shown on your mobile screen.
